There was a corner shop in town and when you went to buy fags he used to ask if you wanted more, because he had some boxes of 200 for cheap. He used to pull out boxes of 200 for £25 or something. It was ace. He didn't always have them mind, but it was still a nice surprise. |

Golden Virginia is the equivalent of eating a Lidl chicken kiev when what you really want is a decent sirloin steak.
On a side note - four and a half years and I still miss smoking.

My brother brought me back 10packets of golden virginia from Turkey last week, paid around £ 5 English money per packet from a tobacconists shop. Trouble is it definitely ain't golden Virginia ! Looks like the real McCoy in proper labeled sealed packets but smells and smokes much stronger once opened. I gave a couple of mates a pkt to try and they both agree about not being the real thing. Since I've asked around it seems like a common thing this year with tobacco from turkey. Dont know what it is but Will sell it on to people I don't like !

I'm a bit of a smug non-smoker, because I miss it very rarely, mainly when very drunk. I gave up sometime in June last year, thanks to Mr Carr.  |
