Maybe it's best for Douglas that he did leave.

I'm wondering if he'd get a look in over this Risser chap, he sounds like a beast.

Any comments from Rose about Atiku?  Adver story suggested he'd be signed up.

I imagine Watkins and/or Wray need to fly in... Perhaps with Birchall if that goes through?

Gary Rose did mention that 4 town fans were there. Didn't need him anyway thanks to Mr Rose.

I reckon it was. Starting line up was:

Lanzano; Caddis, Commazzi, Devera, Kennedy; Ritchie, Risser, Smith, Timlin; Atiku, De Vita

Gary Rose indicated that Di Canio regards Atkiku as a striker or at least some one who can play up front if necessary.

So that would be ..

GK Lanzano

RB Caddis
CB Comazzi
CB Devera
LB Kennedy

MF Smith
MF Timlin
MF Risser
LM Ritchie

ST Atiku
ST De Vita

....unless Ritchie played up front...Although Mr Rose made it sound like Atiku did, could be wrong though. Timlin would be the creative midfielder I suppose. I imagine Smith and Risser to be quite similar. Frankly though I'm just guessing...oh well, something to do on a Saturday night Roll Eyes

Reads more like a 4-5-1/4-3-3 to me.

GK Lanzano

RB Caddis
CB Comazzi
CB Devera
LB Kennedy

RM Ritchie
MF Smith
MF Timlin
MF Risser
LM Atiku

ST De Vita

...or the wingers the other way round.
