We have a far better squad than last season IMO. I reckon that with another experienced defender we look pretty solid all over the park, and we also need someone to play left wing, although by the sounds of it Jack Smith can play there. I reckon we will get in the play offs.

I think we have a good chance of the play offs.

Think Play Offs should be a reasonable target, what we lacked last season was experience, what we have now is an abundance of it, we'll get goals, and hopefully now be more adept at seeing games out.

Top half methinks, if we get 1 or 2 more decent signings in, i reckon play-offs could be on the cards..... Cheesy

Where's the option for guaranteed promotion?

After last season's embarrassment (I only saw two victories: Colchester away and Bradford home out of 15+ matches I attended - though fair few away games) we're guaranteed top 6.  With Cureton anything is possible, and it really will be.   Cool

I've voted top half but I've got a strange feeling we're gonna finish above city this season. I know they've spent a shed-load of money but they're perennial under-achievers and after the abuse we’ve taken from them in terms of Smith and Heywood I for one would just love to shove it back in their faces!

if Smith signs aswell and maybe another experienced defender or Holmes on the left (or god forbid both!!) we will be firmly in the playoffs.

If Holmes and Smith sign then we could see top 2.

ok i'm being way to optimistic but we are making very good progress in the transfer market and i'm quite excited

The thing is most of the signings have all 'got the t-shirt' so to speak, so we have got to be in good shape.

definitely Kinky Tom, We aren't signing any Sabins this year.

Ok Shakes and Platt maybe a gamble but having been at Bolton they must have something about them or Kingy wouldn't have signed them.

It is exciting times indeed. If Smith signs our central Midfield would be solid

Ask me again August the 1st

Currently I think our starting 11 is good enough for about 8th place, however our squad isnt big enough....

I want to see another 5 players brought in first...
