still a good signing for them though, will probably get a lot of media attention for the club & a few more fans through the turnstiles (& names on shirts). imagine if we signed someone like that PLYMOUTH Argyle today made probably the biggest, and certainly the most colourful, signing in the club's history.
Nigerian international centre-back Taribo West has joined the Pilgrims on a one-year deal, the recruiting of the world-class defender clearly demonstrating the Coca-Cola Championship side's ambitions for the new season. |

When West was on loan at Derby in the Prem a few seasons ago he was getting rave reviews all over the place, but he seems to have that problem suffered by some footballers whereby the ability falls away rapidly, much like Lee Sharpe.
