Not sure about that. I thought the Tardis was just as up for it as the Doctor.

Right about the interaction between them though, I loved the bit when he said about stealing her and the Tardis said it was the other way round. They played the whole thing as though the Doctor didn't know what he was doing and the Tardis had been in control and looking after him the entire time.

I love that bit. It's something that's been obvious all the way through doctor who since the earliest Hartnall episodes. so it's nice it got said.

Total guess but the child is the daughter of Amy and Rory who instead of being born with a 'time head' was born with some Time Lordy type stuff. The child will grow up to be River Song, hence the fact she can fly the TARDIS and all that.

Pretty certain River is Amy's daughter, based on what I've read. After tonights episode I'm wondering if the Tardis has got something to do with it, so it can have a real life form of sorts or something like that.

There was that bit in today's about River being the only water in the Forest. Obvious reference to Forest of the dead. Where River dies

I hope River isn't Amy's child. It just seems boring. But it is adding up that way.

I liked the 9/10 tardis appearing in today's, but I'd have preffered something really obviously different like 5's. That would have been ace. But they'd had to have rebuilt it.

I think that was my favourite Mat Smith episode.

Let's hope Neil Giaman gets to write for the show again in the future. He seems like a fan, so he should be up for it.
