Mex will love this thread.  So what player names are you guys getting on the back of your shirts, I hate football shirts with no names as it's boring and plan.  I've had Mooney, Reeves and now....  Whatever name I get seems to carry some kind of voodoo curse, so maybe I should get something like Ben Wells or Matthew Bulman.   :|

What amazed me was seeing a girl with Caton on the back of her shirt at Franchise last season, unless of course she was connected with him in some way.  I'm tempted by Roberts, but he has a boring name, Miglioranzi would be good but too long, Cureton would be nice but he's only just got here.

Who do you reckon will get the no.9 shirt?

i'll wait and see who gets what numbers first, then decide

I think Thorpe will get number 9 and Cureton number 11. Smith number 3, Shakes number 7 and Platt number 4....if they sign

Scotland shirt, Parkin 9.  That'd be the only one I'd go for.

I sat next to a girl with Caton on her back on the last game of the season. It was his sister, who was there with his mum.

All depends on numbers, i would like Cureton but if he gets 2 figures then its expensive.

I've always been too scared to get a player name on the back of my town shirts on the basis that they'd leave the following day. I do have and England Shirt with "Gerrard 4" on it though which is ace, as everyone knows I'm the fat stevie g of Swindon Sunday league Cheesy

I'll be tempted to get Cureton on the back if he's good. Hes being given the longest deal so in theory at least he should stay longeset

I've never had a name and number on the back of a shirt before - I don't really like it myself.  Not got anything against others doing it though.

I tried to get Miglioranzi on the back of my new away shirt but his name is too long - because the letters are blue they don't show up against the blue background. It seems that they hadn't thought of this until I went in the shop.

The numbers for next season look crap.

Why don't you get your own last name?? Or your username even?!
