Just because people might have and eye on a second team because an ex player is there, or because of some other reason doesn't mean the passion for their own team has to be any less
All these fans that have said they will watch out for our results aren't any less Swindon fans because of it
I like to see ex players wh were fan favourites do well when they move on for the right reason
from what I've seen SSP was a legend in his time at Swindon... he has moved on to play at a higher level.. a lot of the posters on here are wishing him good luck... I'm sure they still love STFC with a passion and will have another player take Parkins place in the affections, that's football
I have no problem with you saying you hate any team that isn't Swindon, but don't have a pop at others because they might si an interest in other teams/players fortunes
I myself will adopt Swindon as my team in your division this season, and wish them all the luck.. I'm Ipswich till I die, but I'm a football fan at heart and it doesn't stop me having other teams I like to take an interest in
so "GOOD LUCK SWINDON" for the 2005/06 season

no theres not, however i love swindon town and i dont mind talking with fans from other clubs, but you are going too far if you are going to watch them? parkin was great but he has left us so fuck him. if he was a true legend he would have stayed no matter what, a good example of this is steve bull.
oh fuck it i want to further my football enjoyment i think i might start to support a championship side for a couple of years then move on to the premiership.
loftus road for me next year

it's not a case of switching allegences keeping an eye out on how SSP is doing, or how successful his new club are, takes nothing away from the love or passion you have for your own club Jeez, if you guys wanted to glory hunt I wouldn't reccommend us

i have absolutely nothing against hacaman or foxy lady, jesus my best mate is a scummer, i just think all this ssp worship has gone to far, if he had been with us for 10 years then maybe i would understand but he hasnt, good luck to him im sure he will score 20+ goals next season but dont think i will care, i will be more interested in the likes of oldham and yeovil. just make sure you beat reading for us then i might even be polite for a day or so

QPR is our first away match this season, and as for REading hopefully Forster our other new signing can put a couple past his old team

Mexico your a bell end at times, parkins goals kept us in this division for a few seasons. I personally wish him and ipswich all the luck, if he bangs in 30 goals next year I for one would say fair play.

what the ipswich fan said....
I will check the Ipswich results next season, I wish them all the best and hope they go up. I hope Parkin is their top scorer and the leagues top scorer.
Mex, he maybe gone but he sure as hell wont be forgotten in a hurry......
