I met Ronnie O'Sullivan about 8 years ago and had a very brief chat with him, mainly because i couldn't think of what to say...

You could have asked him if his dad liked porridge and anal sex

Yeah, strangely that didn't come to mind! Probably good that it didn't really...

Carlos Santana used to stay with friends in the flat below me in Ealing whenever he was playing in London back in the late 70s/early 80s. I met him 3 or 4 times and was invited down for a coffee once - I remember chatting about guitars. He slept in my bed one weekend when I was away!

Now THAT is impressive!

I had a cigarette and a chat with Keith chegwin outside the link centre about 10 years ago. I didn't know he was a recovering alcoholic and I was waffling away about my hangover and how much I had drunk the previous night.

Spoke to Jan Aage Fjørtoft on the phone and talked to him at Wanborough when visiting Swindon in 1993 and 1994. Took pictures with me and Shaun Taylor, Craig Maskell, John Gorman and the promising youth player Ben Worrall (where did he go?)

but my most memorable moment was when sharing red wine and brie sandwich with David Lynch over two days at Stockholm Film Festival in 2002 however!

He works in Lambourn Leisure centre, Mcmahon ruined his career let him go and he ended up at Scarborough but a knee injury finished him and he retired very early.

Met Jenson Button on a night out a few years ago. Expected him to be a right cunt but actually seemed to be a decent bloke.
