Just speculation Phil, wilson was prone to bringing him on for 20mins or so for a while, but that stopped 5 or so games ago after he got dogs abuse for being genreally rubbish and hasn't featured since. Wilson eluded to freeing up wages and i'm sure he's on a decent wedge.... just shooting in the dark really.

Thats my point, he isn't a wide midfielder.
But you can't use that excuse for having two good games then playing his usual average way, which he has done in the past and in centre midfield. Personally I think he came in chomping at the bit but for what ever reason couldn't sustain that level. Which pretty much sums up his career in my opinion. |
