- Stanley Market (bus)
-Tai-O (to see how the don't haves live) & Big Buddah - both on Lantau Island.
-Temple of 10,000 buddahs
- Man Mo temple (HK)
- Star Ferry to Kowloon -
- Kowloon itself had good view over to HK at night.
- Temple Street night market (Kowloon)
- Tourist "junk" (boat) - was free if you took your passports along to tourist information to book
- Monkey mountain (Shatin, teheheh, crazy monkeys, we didn't get attacked

- Get some dodgy computer software from some shop in wanchai

Seriously, they showed my a photo of some guy and told me to meet him by McDonalds in 30 minutes and tell him I was number 32. Still, worked out OK in the end!
I guess if you've done the bog standard stuff you'll have done most of that.
There is the Happy Valley race course (diidn't go) and I suppose Disney is open now (they were building it in 2003 when we went).
