My issue isn't that you're anti-Wilson it's that there is no way anyone could prove that Holloway could have taken us up or not.

Blackpool had a shoestring but I imagine it was a darn sight bigger than our budget.

Most of Plymouth's current financial woes are connected to Holloway's time at the club.

Plus, he looks like Skeletor.

Absolutely no proof whatsoever that Holloway would've done so well under our budget.

He did very little with Bristol Rovers
He struggled to get a fancied QPR out of League One.
He did okay with Plymouth but bailed on them when it was getting interesting.
He struggled during his limited time at Leicester.

My guess is that he would have joined Swindon, made us laugh, made some wacky promises and then bailed to a club like Southampton.

More than that, he took them down to Div 3 for the first time in their history.

Exactly but he's the greatest manager on earth now so I've doctored history even if it goes against my point Smiley

Playing in 50C isn't that appealing.

Moving it to the winter is the only sensible option thanks to the fucckwitedry of FIFA for giving it them in the first place.

But don't forget straight after the vote Blatter said the award of 2022 was predicated on the basis the tournament would take place in June / July.
