Had a quick google. They seem genuine. One or two complaints (1 slow delivery, one on product authenticity) but they've been going for a few years and seem to get good customer reviews.
(Cheapsmells that is, not Arriba's farts).

I use fragrancex.com around this time of year. It's American but you can buy testers of 125ml, which are cheaper than the smaller retail versions. They used to deliver free if you spend over $60, which was quite crazy and well, I've used them loads and they're good. (For the record I'm practically gay when it comes to fragrances.)

I've used them several times and have actually just purchased some aftershave for my brother's Christmas present from them about 20 minutes ago. Never had an issue and usually arrives within a few days.
