People like Sippo are the exact reason why the Daily Mail is still in business. It's none of those things, some people in England only get their wheeling bins collected once a fortnight
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

I can't read, so don't buy the Mail. Only the Star to look at the pictures.
I actually heard the story on the wireless first!

I'm pretty sure this story is churned out periodically. If you ask for a gingerbread man in a bakers I don't think they're going to turn around and say they only sell gingerbread people.

Wow, a Daily Mail story blowing something out of all proportion and trying to stir up trouble. That's never happened before has it? Except for yesterday when Crispy got attacked for linking to a Daily Mail story doing exactly the same thing. Oh, and every single day they publish a newspaper. But other than that it's unique.
If anyone bothered to read the story you'll see it was a single person at a single council that put "person" instead of "man" on some menu's. Which they've now corrected by changing back to "man".

Gingerbreadperson killed Diana (Guardian)
Express surely? The Guardian would be "Coalition cutbacks set to hit gingerbreadpeople" (or knowing the Guardian, "Coalite cotbacks....")

The Independant will be climate change denying gingerbreadpeople will lead to the extinction of cuddly polar bears. Surely?

If we're all going to try and be amusing, at least call it "The Independent" for god's sake.
