You mean Franchise?

AFC fans will be loving it.

Nope. I know a Wimbledon fan and it's the draw they don't want. I'll ask her why a bit later, but it suprised me aswell.

We are League One.  Crawley are non-league.  We have a good manager, they have a crook.  We have players who have been here a while (and some from the youths), they have mercenaries.  We will win.

2 hours from Swindon, 2 and a half from Gloucester.

Hardly Carlisle is it?

It is a difficult drive though.

I remmember the M25 being a complete foul up on the way back from that friendly there.

It's about 2 hours 20 on a good run.  Saying that M25 on a weekend you never get a good run. If you are driving I'd allow 3 hours to be safe.

It's not the best of drives, but fucking hell we could've been drawn somewhere a lot further away.

May make it a train day. Any know what that's like from Swindon?

Exactly, top of every AFC fan's list every time.  If we get this tie it'll be amazing and Franchise will be completely shitting themselves from boardroom to players.

I nearly jumped out of my chair with excitement when this was drawn.

Quite fitting, Rosenthal's always seemed to be stuck about 40 years behind the times

He's an Oxford fan isn't he?

It's a bitch of a drive though and already been to the ground for a pre season friendly about 5 years ago. I'm back playing most Saturdays when we're away now anyway as enjoying playing much more than watching at the moment

I think the people who watch MK will be too scared to go, especially being unfamiliar with what football used to be like. Although I forget that like any true Man U supporter says, when questioned, "I've always supported them," so they won't have far to walk.

What we need to remmember is that a draw at Crawley is a good result, it keeps us in the Cup.

At Histon a few years ago, a draw would have been a good result. We were playing shite, in lots of ways they were the better team, but instead of keeping our heads we went for it in a ham fisted way and fucked it right up at the back.
