Getting bored of swindon now, the board are shit in the game. Wages are shit, get a bit of transfer money but end up having to adjust the budget for more wages, have to rely on frees and loans no one wants to come to me.
Survived my first season in the prem, just went to the wire and did a west ham, im gonna go on holiday for this season se if anything changes

this game is shit, as if it was bad enough with fitton in charge, i was getting money for transfers but shit wages, so had to use the transfer budged for the wages, and was relying to free transfers, good ones at that, then a consortium decides to take over fronted by andrew black, and now im getting neither. all my players are leaving and my team is full of 34 year old has beens. im getting relegated this season

Swindon are shit in this version, Fitton doesn't ever increase the wage bill or give extra money for transfers....moving on.

Once you get into the prem you will get about 10mil, but no wages.
I got to 2018 (i went on holiday a lot towards the end) and got fed up with not getting any money after andrew black took over so i quit, and now have been offered the man city job

Prutts got one from 45 yards in one of my games, his long range shooting is very good, Douglas is unstopable and I have turned down bids from Blackburn and Blackpool for him.

How do you play Douglas? I have mixed success using him as a Deep Lying Playmaker and also Box to Box Midfielder.

I always play him as a centrral midfielder with a duty to defend, I have played him as a defensive midfielder and set to defend too and thats pretty effective.

I sold Charlie Austin to Blackpool for £1.8 million and JPM to Doncaster for £250k and went out and bought Alex Smithies from Hudderfield for £375k and Leigh Griffiths from Dundee for £700k and both have been totally awesome first 7 games Smithies averages 7.2 and Griffiths 8.42 and hes scored 10 goals in 6 games including 2 hattricks, well worth the gamble.

Playing a 4-5-1 very successfully (in the proper game not the demo when it just wouldn't work properly for me)

Joe Keenan is a great LB/CM for £5k from South Melbourne.
Richard Smallwood from Middlesboro for £22k and Tom Boere from Ajax for £40k are great prospects for cheap.

Doing well, won the first 7 games including a 3-1 win over Brum City in the LC.
