Even for town fans, this is a miserable bloody thread. 2-1 to us, missed pens, sendings off, streakers (females....), and a long range injury time belter into the top corner to help us to 3 points. If you can't get up for games like this, whats the point?

Quite a big game in terms of fan morale this one. Obviously a loss won't ruin our season and a win won't make it. But it would give everyone a massive lift to move 2 points outside the playoff places.

Yep. Surprise return by Charlie as it turns out Wilson's "definitely not"s and "you're having a laugh"s were all subtle mind games inspires team and fans to an unprecedented frenzy of unity and desire, resulting in a 6-1 (have to allow for the token defensive fuck-up) romp and the entire away section in tears.
