What's the best way by train? Straight to Paddington? Sorry if it's already on here. Can't be arsed to look. Better get some tix soon...

Train to Paddington then Tube. Dagenham East is the station you are looking for. I split the tickets at Didcot on a groupsaver for 4 and it worked out at £16 each including tube.

Did you do that over the phone rich? Need to sort some tickets myself. Chap in ticket office told me we'd sold about 400 on Tuesday out of an initial 600 allocation.

I have a feeling this will be one of those games where we dont sell out beforehand, leaving a couple of hundred on the door and then a fair few more than a couple of hundred turn up at the ground.

I did it online with First Great Western then went to pick up the tickets at the ticket machine at the station. You can probably do it by phone too.

I think West Ham are at home to Fulham that day so wouldn't go near Upton Park as it will be rammed.

Think the grounds website said get an overground train to Barking then a local serivce.

It'll be fine if you set off from Paddington early. Stop off at a pub along the way and ensure you leave for Dagenham in plenty of time.

Good point.  I'm also hoping they don't have another bloody strike that weekend.

There shouldn't be any problems with the tubes. The District Line is open the whole way between Paddington and Dagenham that weekend.

Bakerloo Line - Central line then District line.

Can someone tell (or PM) me if there is a meet for the London Reds as I will be in the smoke from 10.30 onwards.

Cheers
