No. I understand the cynicism but to go as far as to agree wages and complete a medical. Thats a bit too far in my opinion to go just to drum up interest. Although I am a bit lost to at which point he would actually sign his contract. If personal terms are agreed and the medical passed, shouldnt he be signing after that? He's clearly had an unexpected last minute offer from a better club for more money. |
