This thread is about sandwiches, they are my favourite food and can make or even break my day. I am passionate about what goes into the making of certain sandwiches at certain times as I feel there are certain fillings for certain moods and events.

To kick start some conversation, Ill make a hopefully controversial statement.

'Picalilly is a GOOD and TASTY additive to a ham and cheese sandwich, it can also be eaten out the jar on its own with a tea spoon'

its not just the filling that can make or break a sandwich. Im going to have to say it must be a thin french baguette filled with parma ham, rocket, sun dried tomatoes pesto and mozzarella.
