That's odd because later on "Me and me Mum and me Dad and me Gran, We're off to Waterloo" that's right, "Me and me Mum and me Dad and me Gran And a bucket of Vindaloo... Bucket!"

That song always reminds me of when we stayed in Lille for France 98. Our hotel room gave us the perfect view of the fighting with the North Africans. We could've done without all the bovver - it pretty much dominated the whole week. And this song was constantly playing in the background because this bloke had customised his little jeep, painted it red & white with St George's flags all over it, & just drove round & round all week playing 'Vindaloo' at full volume, to a tremendous reception from all the English as he drove past us. A memorable trip.

Contrary to your declaration Ralphy, it seems the discussion has continued.  Three Lions for me too.
