And anyway, if Brighton has all this money to spend, they could sign ex-England defender Sol Campbell. He's available on a free and he'll probably fit right in at Brighton, and as he proved with Notts County last season, he wouldn't mind dropping down divisions for the right 'project'.

I did read somewhere Brighton were being linked with him as well. It was last week though before the whole Greer thing started. |

And I made that up... I can see the Adver nicking that in the next few days as another exclusive saying that Brighton are no longer looking at Greer, but speaking to Campbell instead... |
