Training from Swindon to Paddington at 10:11, so should be in London for 11:30, then the tube to Wembley. Day passes though so we can do what we like before and after for food etc.

Top marks for forward planning there! As a matter of interest when is the baby due? Just so we can work out when you came up with this cunning plan. Seriously, best wishes for a happy and successful result. Is it your first, or have you been to Wembley with the town before? Oh yeah, and best wishes to your wife. She's doing a great thing there. Hope all goes well for the future too, congratulations to you both.

When my lad was a week away from being born, I went to Orient away and accidentally missed the train home in the evening. Needless to say there was one EXTREMELY unhappy Mrs when I got back the following morning.

A whole week? She could have driven you so you would have saved the fare for beer money. Maybe kept a little back for a posey for her as thanks? See, show your sensivity.
Still, you'll know for next time.

This thread shows exactly why there are so many 'plastic' fans out there! I'm travelling straight from work in Weybridge and my Dad's coming down from Cambridgeshire. Not exactly feasible every week
