Twas only a matter of time, nice bloke but not been a great manager. I guess in this day and age Chairmen/owners want instant success.

I'm sure top managers will be queueing up to work for Sullivan and Gold.

Curbishley as usual is favourite followed by Avram Grant, Steve Clarke and Glenn Hoddle

Seems harsh to me. He's made mistakes but has had very little to work with this season.

Read somewhere that Celtic want to take Zola and Clarke up to Scotland.

West Ham have gone backwards under him.

He had no credentials for the job in the first place. I think he managed to command respect from the players only because of his exploits as a player, and it seemed they finnally rallied around him more in sympathy more than anything else.

The bottom 5 this season were total garbage, and given the money spent by them they shouldnt have been anywhere near them.

They needed a clear out, and this is the right move.

But what about the fact the chairman made a statement a couple weeks back saying he hoped Zola would stay? That's football I suppose.

Boa Morte is on £70,000 a week, so its safe to say he's on the way out as well.

Have you seen that "leaked" document with the squad wages on?

I couldn't believe Boa Morte was on 70k and our own loanee Frank on an eye watering 10K.
