i should have done a screenshot of my online instant chat with their customer services. basically said are willhill following the trend of all the other bookmakers by refunding and she say no we have different betting rules so i put tighter more pockets more like? her only come back was can i help you with anything else. biatch. o well it was only a couple of quid as someone said it is a lottery race and should not be staked heavy
