When I was a kid I asked/begged my mum for a Swindon kit, she said no.

Not that I'm bitter, I got a bootbag from a tinpot sports shop in Westbury High Street (don't look for it, it's not there anymore) Smiley

You could've saved yourself £120.

I got a Rotherham shirt, on the basis it was the same colours but cheaper!

Why don't you buy the new shirt, then cut the sleeves off?

a practical solution and thrifty. Think what could be done with the leftover material. Like making some orienteering flags or something.

You better hope we don't sell whoever you got printed on the back!
I certainly hope we don't - we always get the kids' names printed on the back. I'm worrying now that there's some small print in the season ticket T&Cs I didn't read properly - I mean I consider myself a loyal fan and all that but allowing the club rights to sell off your kids is going a bit far

Ah, Tap.  Thanks for the reminder.  Might watch it on the projector this evening.

Surely the players won't be at the launch  - they'll still be in / on their way back from Austria?

Correct. It's being modelled by the youth team. Don't tell JFW.

I picked up my shirt Friday. Looks very nice in person but the quality is rather poor IMO on the home shirt. It picks up clicks and bobbles quite easily due to the thin-ness of the material (although they are made to keep the players cool). If for whatever reason you caught yourself on something it would rip very easily. Still its a nice shirt though.

I wouldn't have thought the players will be wearing replica shirts though Gaz. Theirs will be the real shizzle.

Thought they were all the same? Whenever I have bid on shirts from the club they all appear to be the same to me???

Taken my boys one back already as it had a tear in it , he has had the replacement one for the weekend and it is covered in snags and bobbles from just playing a bit of football with his mates. I like the design now I have got used to it but the quality of the material is pretty poor, the other son has the goalkeeper top which is no problem at all.

Usually they are the same as replicas, there has been a few seasons where players have different shirts but not for a while now
