David Howell for saying in the Adver for years he was a Swindon fan and then when he appeared on Eammon Holmes 5 Live Saturday Morning Show when asked about his favourite team my eager excitement was cut short when he said he was a Man U fan and oh he watched Swindon a bit.

Stretching credibilty a bit here. Parkinson is well known as a Barnsley fan, and John arlott has been dead for about 20 years, wouldn't fancy sitting next to him.

Indeed he is, but he doesn't make many Barnsley games these days, and for the past 9-10 years has been a season ticket holder at the Madejski. Also a good friend of SJM. I suppose you can call us his second team.

There was golf commentator at the weekend, his name escapes me, his co-commentator mentioned a Liverpool result, and this chap responded with "I didn't notice any results other than Reading's". Not sure who he is though.

Anyway, Golf > Cricket, and being alive > being deaded.
