Following the injuries yesterday whats the team you would put out against saints? Im presuming Paynter/Pericard/Ward and Lucas cant play. Is Amankwah fit? I think i would opt for a 4-5-1 like earlier in the season.

Smith
Darby -Cuthbert-Greer-Sheehan
Amankwah -Mcgovern-Douglas-Ferry-Marshall
Austin.

On the bench would have
Polish keeper
Lescinel
Easton
Timlin
Thompson
Ritchie
Morrison

I think playing Amankwaah and Darby on the right and doubling up on Puncheon could be a shrewd option.

Actually no, put Easton on bench and play Amankwaah out wide with a midfield of McGovern, Douglas and Ferry and Ritchie on the left wing.

But why drop Marshall if he played as well as he apparently did on Saturday?

Smith

Darby
Cuthbert
Greer
Sheehan

McGovern
Easton
Douglas
Ferry
Ritchie

Austin

I know its only one game etc. but surely he did enough to get aother chance or a chance to start?

Isn't Ritchie injured as well? Hence why he didn't come on yesterday.

If none of the injured players are fit then i'd start with the same team that finished the game yesterday.

Subs as
Polish Keeper
Morrison
LJF
Timlin
Ritchie
Amankwaah?
Bodin

I would have to agree, even if some of the injured players are fit.

Pretty certain when he came on he went straight to left midfield and Ward went up front.
