I feel 100 % confident that come May 8th, we will be a Championship Club.

The players yesterday hardly got going and still won 3-0.

You can also see the team spirit is very high. Little things like Lucas giving Greer a high 5 yesterday for some good defensive cover.

We just look so professional too.

We've only lost two at home all season.

Correct! But, we are not playing them at home are we!

I said to hendred who sits next to me yesterday, the majority of the team are grinning! Loads of our players were smiling yesterday, sees like wilson is doing an excellent job keeping the pressure off.

Since 01/02 season, the points total to go up automatic in 2nd place has been between 79 and 89 points. 4 wins and 2 draws would be enough I think.

Really do like the look of Leeds' and Charlton's run ins. Both have got some tricky games there. Especially Charlton.

Yeah, that was what I meant - if they still think they can make the play-offs, there's a better chance of them putting up stiff resistance and taking points off Charlton. Whereas if this is the first game after reality has finally hit, they'll be like meringues

Meringues, or Comminges ?

Oooh, I feel validated now that the big kids know we are here.  To put this a trifle ineloquently, who gives a fuck?

Oldham nil-nil at Hudds at the mo. Hudds may be a bit off the pace but a draw will do anyway.

I think that if we play the rest of the season like we did over the Easter weekend we will have no trouble clinching 2nd, and we'll do it before we get to Millwall. However, despite this season being totally different to any other I've experienced as a Swindon supporter, I can't help but feel a fuck up coming in the last 6 games!

I really don't want our season to end on an anti climax, and it feels like the playoffs would be an anti climax at the moment! As it stands though I'm trying to keep as level headed as possible, and a win on Saturday would virtually secure our playoff spot!
