What the bloody hell is the point of a graze box? Who buys them, presumably not aimed at individuals.

But is is free so thanks for the thought Sippo.

I've been getting graze boxes for a year a so, they do the best pineapple I've ever tasted and it's much nicer than tescos pineapple for the same price. Unfortunately they stopped doing it during the postal strikes in case it wasn't fresh even though the boxes were never delayed anyway but it's a great idea for a company.

They designed so you 'graze' on the box of food throughout the day instead of having lunch. You can choose what you have in a box, so its healthy for you.

You don't have to have nuts. They do a range of punnets.
