How do they get their fried eggs to look like that? They were perfectly circle shaped with a very large yolk.

Tell me why and how this happens.

Thanks

Presumably they crack the egg into a moulded fryer.  The yolk itself is down to the type of egg, duck egg's yolks are lovely and large.

I used to like fried eggs but I've gone off them now

I hate cold meat with warm other stuff. Old people seem to like it though

We've got a pan at home that has four indented trough like things that do it, it can also poach eggs, because the rim around the pan is raised.

It's tres cool.

I prefer to poach an egg in a sauce-pan - poached egg really is the best way to eat an egg.

Not sure where it came from Jim, I shall ask my mother for you tomorrow.

Use vinegar, it helps the egg bind quicker.

How far to the nearest chippy?  You could go round with a cup.
