I love them, in fact they are becoming a bit of a hobby of mine. Of course I accept them for the crap that they are but I find them fascinating regardless, or maybe it is the theorists themselves that I find more interesting.

Ranging from the relatively mild Big Brother conspiracy (No JFW, not the TV show), right up to the grand master loony himself: David Icke.

Anyway, one of my current favourites is chemtrails, allow me to illustrate:

Now even to the untrained eye of those whom have not developed a meth habit, those line in the sky are left by passing planes. Simple, it's just fucking planes right and no doubt all of us have even seen those lines being created as the plane flies over. It is that fucking simple, or...........

The theory goes that the Annunaki, god like creatures who basically rule the universe and stuff are due to return to Earth relatively soon. In fact they are due to return in September 2012 (I bet you weren't expecting that date where you?). So they are set to return not on a spaceship, but on a planet the name of which is Nibiru.... you are with me so far right?...........

The thing is that should we be due for an impact with a planet in the year 2012 then astronomers would have found said planet by now and all fucking hell would have broken loose. Therefore these chemtrails (jet exhaust to you and I), are actually all part of a major multi-national government cover up to avoid mahoosive panic on Earth by blocking the view from earth into space by way of these "chemtrails".

Fucking nutters, I love them.

I didn't understand any of that apart from the beginning and end bits. Still, that sufficed.

I love the consipiracy theories where you can read the arguments 'proving' that theory and they coe across very convincingly. It's even better when you find out the facts they have analysed and realise there are more simple and reasonable explanations on offer.

I recommend a book called 'The Museum of Hoaxes' if you like a good hoax as well. It goes through some good hoaxes throghout history. They have a website too http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/hoax/archive

Generally it's all good natured laughs, but some of them are genius.

I quite like a good conspiracy and find many as believable, and sometimes more believable, than the real reason for something.

I mean take the twin towers, that is just too lucky. You know, them coming down on themselves as a result of jet fuel, when bringing a building down without it tipping in some way is a huge skill.

Fuck me, i'm so tired i couldn't spell huge and had to look it up on Google...

I remember reading or watching something on a conspiracy theory where someone stated that once something is labeled as conspiracy in either the media or buy the government, it acquires it's own force and becomes less believable, rendering damage limitation unnecessary by the party apparently involved in the act.

I dont care what anyone else thinks, the whole Twin Towers thing seems to me very much an 'inside job'.

The twin towers collapsed because the steel holding them up lost a lot of its strength due to the heat of the fires.
Normally the steel is protected from fire with insulation but the impact had blown it all off.
Both the impact & the fire was caused by some muderous scum deciding to murder thousands in the (warped) name of their religion.
