Got back from work early.  Had a nap - naps are brilliant.  Being cooked home made curry by a lovely lady.  Have just opened the first of a pack of Tanglefoot.  Bliss.

There's a lot there to make a man happy....get rid of the work and get in an autumnal 10 to 12 mile walk, and fella heaven obtained.

Did the Whites Level Trail at Afan Forest mountain bike trails today. It's hell to get to the top but the downhill its great. So Friday night and the first bit of alcohol for 10 weeks. Shit it's great when you haven't had a drink for a long time!!

The wife is out for a meal with her mates.

The kids are in bed and I have just settled down with some humous and toasted pitta breads. The only booze I could find was champagne left over from a housewarming party

Started working at about 8am. Still working now. But then i'm loving work about as much as anything fun or hobbie like, so there's not a lot else i'd rather be doing.
