I love the old guy with the harmonica who is usually outside Game or Peacocks or one of those on the main drag.
He always wears a suit, he must be in his 70's.

The law states something like, if they have an instrument they can't be moved on as they are not a  "beggar" and so are classed as a busker.

Loopholes, that's what that's called. She can strum away all day and can't be touched.
