I finally got Guitar Hero about a month back and within a week the strummer on the guitar had broken (you could only strum upwards if you played right handed).
So went through the forms on the website to get a replacement sent out - finished the process and it said I'd hear something as to what I needed to do next. That was 3 weeks ago, I haven't heard a thing from them and I'm still sat here with a broken guitar still unable to play it properly!
I blame all the people who conned the system when they were sending guitars out for free if you claimed it was broken (shame on you if any of you are on here!!).
