A couple of girls asked me a few weeks ago, they couldn't have been any older than 13-14.
I refused, but I felt really mean and old/boring, but I go in that shop a lot and didn't want to get myself into trouble Smiley

Do it.

That much alcohol for a few kids means that they will likely get to the local park/woods, get wrecked and spend the night and following day or two feeling violently sick.

It's a right's of passage thingamy jig, one day it will be your kid waiting around the corner from the offy.

Dont know about there, but we have a lot of stings going on up here, lots of fines for shops and the people who buy. so no dont for legal reasons. And morally no, i never have and never will, that goes for fags for schoolkids too.

When I was up in Glenrothes a few years back a kid who could've been no older than 12 asked me to buy him a ten deck of Lambert & Butler in return for 10p. I refused.

had ne not heared the buyers rights rule? i guess you dont smoke sam but if you buy some one a 10 deck you take 2 out for yourself, or if 20 its 4. Used to love getting away with that one.

Our local rag names and shames buyers of alcohol and fags for underagers.

For that reason (strokes beard) I'm out.

I think a long lecture on the wrongs of buying Lambrini for anyone of any age was in order here, it seems like the perfect opportunity for a bit of alcohol education.  You should taken the money, purchased a decent vintage Chianti Colli Senesi (insist on extra to cover the cost at this point), some Parma Ham and a good old bit of crusty bread for them.

In this situation you buy for them on the basis that they also buy something for you - commission.  I used to buy 15 year olds cigarettes if they paid for a pack for me as well.  They're going to get hold of them anyway, and this way I got free fags.  Everyone's a winner.

The only real thing to consider is whether the girl was fit or not.

On a serious note, if you asked someone to buy you fags or booze when you were younger then you probably should.
