She hasn't even had the balls to put a house number or name on the notes so we know who she is, we just have a good idea who it is.

So how do you know its a she?

I think that I would definitely stab her/him.

I'm guessing by the handwritting, it's all girly, and according to the neighbours she's a right bitch. We've got a note ready to put on our own car windscreen for next time we have to park down there saying: 'this car is fully taxed with valid insurance parked on a public highway'. I expect we'll get another note telling us otherwise but if she knows where we live then she can come show us the proof we can't park there herself!

Some people get possessive over the silliest of things, such as a piece of tarmac.

I once worked with a bloke who would go mental if anybody put something in his bin, he'd go ballistic much to the amusement of myself and others of course.

Where do you live stfc11, only there's this woman from work who keeps going on about leaving notes on a car that keeps parking in her space...

On the story of car parking. I noticed today that there are loads of residents parking signs plastered around the streets behind Burger King. Everyone parks there on match days. Can you get clamped / fined for parking in these areas?

Yes, if it is in a restricted time period you can get ticketed.

There should be times on the signs, it's not rocket science.

Having a simular problem, we have an 3 extra parking spaces at the end of the row of houses that belongs to the houses (stated on house deeds), one person has put a sign up stating allocated parking No 10 and clearly marked out a bay, we are getting some idiot who thinks as no body uses their 2nd space then he can park there (it usually get's used for visitors), I put a polite note on his windscreen the other week asking him to park elsewhere as it was allocated parking (assuming as he's renting then he wasn't aware) he then stuffed the note through someone else's letter box and is continuing to park there, even parking in the space that is clearly marked at the moment when he feels like it.

I have ordered 2 signs now to put up, 1 for my space 1 for the neighbours space, and aim to mark out the bays with paint, hopefully he will get the message and park elsewhere (he's got a garage that he don't use)

p2p, once stfc11 has finished all the stabbing, you could use his/her knife to slash this guys tyres.  Just a thought, not encouraging vandalism.

You see that sort of thing should be obvious to the other driver with signs up and your note clearly states that it was allocated parking, the woman on our notes as of yet hasn't stated that it's her parking space in her deeds etc!

Clamp them and then stab them I reckon, just so they get the message!
