I went down to St Tropez the weekend before last on a Ryanair flight. Came back on a 787 at 40,000 feet in the dark.

Man, it was just like being in space. Came over Lydd in Kent and I could see the whole geography of Kent and Essex. Flew over London - just a big splodge of yellow lights and then flew back down the M4. Saw the runways at Heathrow with planes taking off like dots. Flew over Swindon and I could make out the CellOps building with the car park lights.

The best flight I have had ever had.
