Not in a fight, OTJ has height reach and weight advantage so it wouldn't be fair, but on the football pitch who is better? I reckon Jonathan Douglas, but that's probably because I'm fickle and blindly optimistic

I think its Douglas from the first few games but the question here should really be who would be better alongside Douglas and JPM.
Timlin or OTJ.

I'm in the minority, but I don't think Douglas has been that good so far.
Better than OTJ though, we got a far better player and deal than Norwich did.

Why do we need someone alongside Douglas and JPM? I'd be happier if we went 4-4-2 with those two in the middle, once we get another decent striker.

Two different types of player, but i prefer Douglas for the reason he's a ball winner and get's stuck in more.Im happy we missed out on OTJ if it mean't us getting Douglas.

Douglas without any doubt. After watching both in a town shirt i think stupid to ask whos best.OTJ looked like he wasnt doing much when he played were as Douglas is always busy. Its not what he just does with his head its the talking and the positioning he does aswell.
Not only is Douglas a better player, i think he will be one of the best midfielders in recent years to play for us.

One of the first things that Lambert did at Norwich was to drop 6 players.OTJ wasn't even in the squad last saturday.Lambert wants more pace and mobility in his midfield.
I wonder if last tuesday Pardew was watching and thinking, that Douglas was just the type of player that Saints could have done with in their midfield?
Danny got the right player, well done.

Whaaaat?? You're kiddin, right? Douglas has been nothin short of superb! He's the type of player we've needed for years. I'd have liked to see OTJ here, but Douglas wins hands down.
