......went a bit fucked on the way back from Swindon. The bloke who towed me home reckons it's the turbo.

Anyone know how much it'll cost? The car's a Ford Focus 1.8 TDCi, 03 plate.

I reckon the Turbo would be about £400,shouldnt be to much to fit it .

I reckon you may be looking at £600 ish but thats only an educated guess.

there a turbo on Ebay for 260,dunno if its the right one or not but I guess that gives you a cheap ball park figure i suppose.

don't get one from ford if it is the turbo. There are a lot of breakers around the UK.

Some of them dont know there ass from the elbow...get it cheked at a local garage again..may cost a few bob but could save you time and money if its something less serious..
