Best Doctor of all time?
I remember struggling with Colin when he took over from Peter Davison. Never really took to him.
I think Tom Baker and the mad scarves he wore was the defining Doctor for me. Davison was also excellent but Baker I struggled with.
That's a question and a half. T.Baker I guess is the definitive, although I think he did it for too long, and he doesn't really seem to give a shit towards the end.
I've got a soft spot for the flamboyant arrogance of the Pertwee doctor, with the silly chases with the master and stuff.
I've only watched a few Troughton efforts and he's absolutely brilliant in all of them, which has made me tempted to watch more.
Loved watching Davison recently, hadn't seen much of him before and he was good. He seemed quite a lot like the new doctors in a way, much more so than the other old ones. Probably to do with the companions as much as anything else, stuff like Adric's death and Tegan just generally being difficult.
Never really watched much Hartnell, I've got a vague memory of seeing The Celestial Toymaker but can't remember when.
Seen bit's and peices of McCoy, it seems to be losing the plot a bit at that point. Although I like his scheming cleverness.
Haven't seen the Paul McGann telly special for ages. Apparently some of his audio books are good though (that goes for Colin Baker randomly aswell)
Wow that ended up being a bit long. I guess the answer is I'm not sure.
