For anyone wanting to follow the progress of the game in real time, please remember the time difference.

I wonder who will start between the sticks on Sunday. Is Jonathan Douglas going on the trip?

As a soon to be grandmother are you outraged that pensioners favourite  Coronation street is being moved to a Thursday?

Thanks for the tip on the time difference.  Imagine the heartache of tuning in an hour late?  Sends shivers down my spine.

I'll be honest here, apart from checking out a couple of new signings and trialists, I have never enjoyed watching pre-season friendlies.  Especially the early ones, they are an exercise in fitness and getting to know each other.  It just doesn't excite like competitive football.  However, I am fully aware this means you are a better fan than me.  I bow to you oh King Of The Fans.

You are a tit though.

I must admit I do wish that I was going now.

I hope to be regularly updated with pictures from the tour as well as news on what the new player initiations were.

Anybody that uses the term "footie" should be regarded with the utmost suspicion.

From my home town of Pretroria 'footie' is a very common term for the greatest game on earth. The beauty of English is it's ability to communicate meaning, and you know what I mean so that is fine.

Indeed, the term 'footBALL' is regarding with far more suspicion in the old country!

Good work...MrD.  There was once a time when I'd come home early from the pub on a Sunday night, to catch Spitting Image, it had a couple of golden years.
