How fucking cool are potato croquettes? Not had them for years, but the missus got some for the kids and I've just had some with my lunch. Reminded me how great they are. Erm, that's it really.
Anyone else got any processed potato anecdotes/opinions they'd like to foist on an uninterested world?
EDIT: Bollocks. Accidentally posted this in the wrong place. Could some kindly mod please move it to General Discussion, please?

Hash browns are a favourite potato snack. Go strangely well in a burger with some branston pickle.

I'm a big fan of the potato waffle. Cheap and easy, and go with all sorts!

Hash browns are lush. Too unhealthy to eat often but nice.

Well you mash the chick peas in with the spud, some garlic, paprika and parsley....roll the croquettes in egg and breadcrumbs, then fry...jobs a good un.
