Download iTunes 9.2 and upgrade to iOS4.
Just don't try and jailbreak it again using Spirit when you've done so.
I know Pwnage have already released a jailbreak for iOS4 but that's for Mac only. I'd imagine Spirit will be updated very soon. The Blackra1n guys are also releasing something to, supposedly will be called Limera1n.

If you've got a 3G I'd strongly recommend NOT upgrading to iOS 4. It's turned my phone in to a crock of shit.
