Looks like all the networks will be selling it now, Three and T-Mobile have already confirmed it and rumours are that Virgin will be as well. Hopefully it should mean some better deals especially as the new networks tend to compete on price more.

Never really considered jailbreaking mine but judging by the relative ease at which Tans managed it, might have to give it a try.
Update: I see install0us has closed down, any other sites worth using or are Apple just gonna close them all down?

The preset repo's in Cydia don't list copywrited software. If downloading cracked copywrited software is your thing (obviously I don't condone it) then you'll need to add some repo's that do carry cracked software. http://ipodtouchtricks.net/cydia/cydia-repositories/ |

cydia is ok here so far. Have got WinterBoard installed and a couple of themes working. just downloading TomTom through that which is really slow.
