I believe 'finders keepers, losers weepers' was laid down in Magna Carta...the judges should review their decision.

We should adopt the Italian system, where its legally binding that the finder gets 20% no quibbling.

Ah, but the right to quibble is also laid down in Magna Carta, as is the right to invade France if they strike too much (probably).
