How cool is this. Go to http://maps.google.com/help/maps/streetview/ Enter a major city in the US, UK Canada and several other countries and you can click on the little man on that city and you can view the house at street view instead of from sattelite.

there's an interactive one where you can walk the street by clickin backward and forward arrows as well. We used it before New York last year to see how to get a few places we wanted to see but might have got lost trying to find, like our hotel.

This wasn't done by satellite but by them actually sending a car round with a camera stuck to it's roof
