I feel a bit sick now. I wasn't even really that hungry.
As I'm not drinking tonight I think I might have to wash it down with a giant cup of tea.
Oh and it was worth the feeling sick because it was super nice.

Thats the spirit that got me to 20 stone - good lad. Forget the tea - what alcohol do you have? It shouold be beer then burger but the other way around is acceptable in certain circumstances.

I had some rather nice extra strong cheddar and crackers to soak up the ale after having an absolute ring stinger of a home made curry.

Don't try and persuade me. Had a heavy session last night and I try and be good nowadays. I had far to many consecutive drinking days last week. Got a lonely bottle of red kicking about somewhere, but if I start drinking that now I'll polish it off and want more. Also I've only got 5 cigarettes left. Nah. definitely sticking to the tea tonight.

Ahh. But smoking is cool, being 20 stone isn't. I can't be too far off though. Especially at the moment.

Urgh. Now I've filled myself up even more with a pint of tea. I feel even more bloated and sick.
