remove prawns from freezer. defrost beforehand if you're organised. pour boiling water on. turn hob on to pre-heat. drain of first lot of water straight after as this will absorb alot of coldness. put some more water on.

put sauce of choice (curry/sweet & sour/that peanutty one/whatever you like) in pan on hob. put mircowave rice (uncle bens - pilau/plain/long grain/basmati) on for 2 mins on our hi-tec microwave. stir sauce.

put rice in pan straight after it beeps, stir. drain water off prawns and put in pan. stir and eat from pan to save on washing up.

and there's nothing wrong with prawns you facists.

What's right with them don't you mean, the cockroaches of the sea!

I'd have to go with slam bacon under grill, add wholemeal baguette and lightly toast, butter then add bacon and melt blue cheese over.  Season with a little sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper.

I don't do this one anymore and it's a tad embarassing but here goes.  Get one packet of flavoured smash, mix up in large bowl with boiling water then add a can of those hot dog sausages and mix into a meaty potatoe combo.  Season with a little English mustard.

Buy sandwich from M&S, open carton, eat.

Prawns are good, but then I love seafood in general.

A family size ASDA pizza is the best dinner in proportion to effort. cheap too.

Preferbly of the stonebaked, smothered in meating toppings after flirting with the bird on the counter Smiley

Buy some meatballs in a tomato sauce, along with some cheese and submarine (torpedo) rolls.

Heat meatballs as per instructions. Grate cheese. When meatballs are cooked thoroughly throughout, transfer into the rolls and sprinkle cheese on top

Alternatively intead of a roll you could buy some super noodles, and have noodles and meatballs with cheese grated on top.

In comparison, i had the worst meal ever the other day... due to a lack of resources, i resigned myself to having a bowl of Uncle Bens microwave rice, mixed with Heinz BBQ sauce, with a chunk of corned beef on the side... oh the shame.
