aint started a thread for a while, and i'm usually at work this time each week so fuck it i'll start the ball rolling.
am now officially short sited and had to part with £180 for some glasses today.aint even bought a spare pair or sunglasses yet either.gggrrrrrrrrr.looking forward to tomorrows game as i aint seen us play this year yet.needed a break from it but am keen again now.
how is everyone else this fine febuary evening?

Had a day off today, been tidying up in the garden, soon off down the tip to get rid of said rubbish, call in and get a few beers to drink at home. Fancy some Old Speckled Hen!

If you wear your glasses tomorrow you'll soon realise just how bad your vision was before. I always put it down to excess beer before, but when I went to a couple of games in a row sober I knew my eyes were fucked.

I'm going to watch Appoloosa or Mongol, sink a few tinnies and then play poker later, not going tomorrow as spent too much on footie last couple of weeks, but wish i was, now we are starting to look good. Seems like at home quaffing is the order of the evening, be interesting to see how the thread degenerates later!

That's ace. I'm very very very skint so can only have 4 nights out a week. Tuesday, Weds, Sat and Sunday were nominated this week so I'm sticking to it, although Union is £1 a pint tonight... No! Stay in! |
