Any of the African-American-but-All-American-because-it-suited-the-nation Joe Louis vs. The Nazi Max Schmeling fights during the 1930's.

Live?
The best fight I remember seeing on T.V. was Eubank against some other chap whose name I forget now.
It wasn't the main fight that night and was far from a technical delight but the two lads basically came out of their corners and immediately set about beating the crap out of each other all round, every round and for all 12 rounds.
Anybody know the fight that I mean?

No not the Watson one, not Benn either. It was after the Watson fight and Eubank wasn't the same. The other lad wasn't all that well known I think.

Ignore me.
I am not even sure if it was Eubank or not now. I'll post again if I remember.

That last one is a great shout dave. The best pound for pound fighters. The other two i presume you chose because of their hatred for eachother?

Yeah. I love Calzaghe but I think he dodged Froch who would have given him more bother than a knackered Roy Jones Jnr.
